Items in good condition
If you’d give it to a friend, we’ll likely accept it
Items that are clean
Prepare items by emptying pockets and cleaning before sending
Items that are complete
Your item should not have been altered and should not be missing any buttons or other related details
How much is my item worth?
As part of the trade-in journey online, you will be able to view an estimated range of how much you will receive for your items. We will determine your final credit after we have reviewed your item.
Here are some estimates to give you an idea of what your trade-in pieces might be worth:

Which items do you accept for trade-in?
What we accept
✓ Clothing: Knitwear, Dresses, Outerwear, Pants, Shorts, Skirts
✓ Accessories: Scarves, Gloves, Mittens, Neck Warmers, Shawls
& Bags
✓ Only if never used or in excellent condition: T-shirts, Socks, Hats, Headbands, Balaclavas, and Bandanas.
What we don't accept
✗ Used accessories and items NOT in excellent condition: T-shirts, Socks, Hats, Headbands, Balaclavas & Bandanas
✗ Home textiles: Table Linens, Blankets, Cushion Covers & Beach Towels
✗ Items with excessive wear, holes, missing buttons, stains, or alterations.
✗ For wool, cashmere or cotton sweaters and denim trousers that show excessive wear, you can use our recycling service. Find out more here.

Can I trade-in any type of Rifò product?
Almost, but not everything. See the list above for specific details on what we do and don't accept
Where can I trade-in my used Rifò products?
Trade-ins can be mailed directly to us using our trade-in portal. Please note that we cannot accept trade-ins at our retail locations.
What condition do the items need to be in before I trade them in?
We only accept items that are in good condition and perfectly functional. Please inspect your items for damage, debris, discoloration, or belongings in pockets. Please make sure to clean every item before trading it in.
Can I trade-in an item from any country?
Not yet. We are currently only able to accept trade-ins from Italy, Germany and Austria. You can shop RE-Rifò from anywhere in the EU.
