When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped from our distribution center within 2-3 business days, and usually arrive 3-4 business days later for shipments within Italy and 7-10 business days for shipments within Europe. Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that contains the tracking information for your package. Please note that estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to update the shipping address once an order has been placed. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to explore alternate pickup options.
How do I return my RE-Rifò items?
We hope you love your secondhand purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of purchase. To get started, please visit our returns portal and have your order ID ready.
Please include the return authorization email inside your return package, and attach the shipping label to the outside of your package.
Please note that we are not liable for non-Rifò items returned to us and regretfully cannot assist in sending these back to you - including items left in pockets. Please be sure you are using the correct shipping label and check the contents of your package before sending us your returns.
