We are only able to offer payout for items that meets our quality standards. We are unable to issue a credit for items with any of the following issues:

Heavy or excessive wear (@modal)
Embedded pet hair
Missing essential components (i.e. zippers, buttons, buckles, etc.)

One or more of the issues above applies to my item, but I still want to send it in to be recycled to its next best use. I understand that I will not receive any credit for this item.
