How is my trade-in value calculated?
Our team of product experts review your items for eligibility and assess their condition against three different grades: Excellent, Very Good and Good. We will determine your final credit after we have reviewed your item. As part of the trade-in journey online, you will be able to view an estimated range of how much you will receive for your items, so please make sure you are comfortable with the estimates before sending in your products. Unfortunately, items that are not eligible can not be sent back to you.
Can I combine multiple trade-ins in the same package?
If all items were submitted together, they should all be sent together. The shipping label we send is based on the information provided when you initiated your trade-in.
At this time, we are unable to add additional items to existing trade-ins or combine multiple trade-ins. Instead, we ask that you initiate a new trade-in via the Rifò trade-in portal and include all of the items you'll be sending in.
What condition do the items need to be in before I trade them in?
We only accept items that are in good condition and perfectly functional. Please inspect your items for damage, debris, discoloration, or belongings in pockets. Please ensure that you clean every item before trading it in.
