About Condition
Our quality control team inspects every garment carefully by hand to make sure they are undamaged and functional. We evaluate each item based on over a dozen different factors, and any flaws will be listed between the condition grade and the “Add to Cart” button.
There are three condition levels:
- Excellent: Like new. No visible signs of wear.
- Very Good: Gently used. Minimal signs of wear that are hard to notice.
- Good: Well cared for. Minor wear consistent with occasional use.
The Direct from Brand label indicates an item that comes directly from Rifò, either as unique sample pieces that didn't make it into the main collection. If there is no label, it means the item is pre-loved and has been traded in by other customers.
About Shipping
Pre-loved items are stored at the Savino Del Bene warehouse in Reggio Emilia. They also handle all shipping, logistics, and returns.
Your RE-Rifò purchase will arrive in our branded box, with the garment inside a protective plastic bag to keep it in the best condition while stored.
We offer free shipping on orders over €80; for orders below this amount, shipping costs €5 within Italy and €8 for the rest of Europe.
